The Pavilion of Praise Fellowship of Churches
Our First Lady, affectionately known as “Lady Nay” is the oldest daughter of Minister Eugene and Sister Sherry White of Phoenix, Arizona. Lady RoShann Colter is the oldest of five children. She is the proud mother of four beautiful children (Quentin Jr, Quevion, Qui'Anna & Qu'iShaun) and the only wife of our Pastor whom he married at the age of nineteen.
Lady RoShann received her elementary education at Julian Elementary School and received her High School Diploma from Intelli-High School. Lady Colter continued her education at Gateway Community College where she received her CNA certification. She then continued her studies and became a Registered Nurse, which is still her current occupation of sixteen years. It is Lady Colter’s goal to continue her education and become a Physician’s Assistant and open her own clinic in the Phoenix metro area.
With being a full-time employee, mother, wife, our Pastor’s personal assistant, the First Lady and the Assistant Pastor of the Pavilion of Praise Christian Church (Cathedral), she stills finds the energy and time to spend helping and visiting those that are in need of assistance, whether driving them to where they need to go or just to sit and spend time with them, she is truly a woman of compassion, always seeing the “good” in people. Assistant Pastor RoShann Colter has served as the Empowerment District Youth Department Chairlady as well as the Assistant First Lady of the Empowerment District beside her husband until the Lord changed the course of the ministry.
In 2012, First Lady passed the COGIC Women’s Department Ordination Board exam with the highest test score of her ordination class, with the jurisdiction licensing her as a Licensed Missionary within the Church of God in Christ.

She enjoys spending quality time with her family and hanging out with her husband, even if it is in a church setting, due to her husband’s love and responsibilities for the church. She is also a BeachBody Certified Fitness Instructor where she assist others in not only their spiritual strength, but their physical strength and health as well. She often states that you need to be in shape in your mind, body and spirit.

Assistant Pastor RoShann Colter is truly a virtuous woman who loves God and loves God’s people. Her passion is working with young women from the pre-teens to the young adults. She is the founder and organizer of our youth outreach known as P.R.E.T.T.Y (young ladies) and S.T.R.O.N.G (young men). This annual outreach has grown each and every year due to her attentiveness to the need of the younger generation.

In August 2017, in Dallas, Texas, our Assistant Pastor was appointed as the Executive Assistant to the newly appointed Arizona Overseer Liz Holloway of the Covenant Sisters International Fellowship.

In February 2020, our Assistant Pastor officially became a published author with the publishing of her 1st book entitled, "Push Past It" where she along with other leading ladies are encouraging the body of Christ that no matter what you have done in your past, you have the ability to PUSH PAST IT and fulfill your God ordained assignment.

Lastly, in May 2021, our First Lady was appointed by the our Jurisdictional Bishop, the Honorable John Mark Richardson Sr. and our Jurisdictional Supervisor of Women, the Sainted Mother D'Antoinette Robertson to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Jurisdictional Women's Department with oversight over the Arizona Region of Churches, along side of her husband who serves at the Administrative Assistant to the Jurisdictional Bishop overseeing all churches within the State of Arizona that are apart of the California New Journey Jurisdiction.
We are grateful for such an amazingly sweet First Lady and we are excited and looking forward to what God has in store for her as well as the women of the Pavilion through her leadership.
